It also provides commercial law and business advisory services to Australian start-ups, SME’s, and investment funds and to overseas start-ups that are seeking to expand into Australia.

Prior to founding Lucidian Law, Ross worked for boutique and large law firms. He has also undertaken pro bono work for two Brisbane based community legal centres.
His area of expertise is immigration law. However, he also has experience practicing in areas such as commercial, IP, consumer, privacy, and dispute resolution.
Ross has helped migrants from countries such as the USA, UK, South Africa, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Brazil, and Singapore among others to secure Australian permanent residency status.
Alan has over 35 years’ experience as a business owner, business consultant, and corporate advisory specialist. He holds an MBA, has successfully exited from his own ventures, and has a long track record of assisting start-up companies to scale.
He is also the founder and chairman of Edison Venture Capital, an Australian based venture capital fund.
Alan’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, capital raising, and business development.
