Ross has previously worked for boutique and national legal firms in Australia, as well as undertaking pro bono work for Brisbane based community legal centres. His experience in the legal industry includes areas of law such as immigration, commercial, corporate, consumer, and dispute resolution.
Ross is also a Managing Partner (Legal) of an Australian venture studio and a renewable energy project development company. He is also a Legal Advisor for an Australian DigiTech start-up.
He has successfully assisted migrants from countries including the United States, Great Britain, South Africa, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Brazil, and Singapore among others to secure Australian permanent residency status.
Alan is an experienced corporate adviser with over 35 years’ experience in the corporate sector as a company analyst and management consultant. He has a proven track record of working with a variety of Australian businesses from start-up ventures to ASX listed companies.
He has held several board positions and is currently an Executive Director of an Australian venture capital fund, Edison Venture Capital.
Alan’s executive leadership abilities include developing and implementing capital raising, marketing, and business plans. He also holds a Master of Business Administration and has been a member of the Australian Investment Council and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
